One of the singers in the local industry that I adore because of her amazing voice is Carol Banawa. I'm so glad that Carol is back here in Philippines, even though for her few months of visit here it will leave us a wonderful time because she will be having a new album. It's her singing come back after few years that she's gone in the limelight. We all miss her singing and now I'm posting her old song entitled Stay.

Miles Away from Colin Blunstone

I was in the mood last night to listen some old music. And like always, it feels so great that while I'm lying in my bed, then I can hear that mellow music. I fell asleep with it and when I woke up again, I heard the song entitled "Miles Away" from Colin Blunstone. It's such a good song, so meaningful lyrics. A song intended for a couple who are far from each other, miles away to each other. While I'm listening to this song, I even miss my hubby. I hope and pray that someday we will be together. It's so difficult living far from each others arms.

For the first time that I heard this song entitled Pyramid from Charice Pengpengco featuring Iyaz, I’m already started to like it. It's a wonderful song. For those people who don’t know, Charice is a Filipina international singer who rose to popularity through YouTube. Her amazing voice brought her into a big success of her life.

Nobody from Wonder Girls

Korean series were already known here in the Philippines, in fact, there were many Korean series that we can see on TV, but it's dubbed with tagalog language. It's not just Korean series that are known now in the country, but also some Korean song.

This morning, I heard from my sister that she often heard the song "Nobody " in the night café here in Cagayan de Oro. When I watch ASAP 09 during noon time, I saw it on TV that some local celebrities also sing that song. And just a minute ago, I saw it on the TV program called "Going Bulilit", a kiddie gag show; they also sing this "Nobody". It's a sign that this song is totally hit not only in Korea, but in the Philippines as well. The song "Nobody" was popularized by a Korean group called Wonder Girls. The lyrics of the song are both Korean and English. Even though not everyone can understand the whole lyrics of the song, but just because of the rhythm of the songs that seem very lively, then people like to listen it. Well, when I first heard this song, I already like it, even though at first I did not know that it was sang by Korean group.
